LASCANO
This 1920s townhouse (commonly referred to locally as a “PH”) was in pressing need of renovation. Years of wear and a lack of maintenance had led to dampness in the masonry, deterioration of the utilities, inadequate damp-proofing, and an inefficient interior layout, among other issues.

Buenos Aires, Argentina
The client’s main request was to preserve as much of the original structure as possible while making only minimal adjustments to the layout, aiming to achieve a more modern and practical use of space. One particular challenge was the inconvenience of having to cross an open courtyard to reach the kitchen.
In response, a comprehensive restoration plan was developed alongside a reconfiguration of certain living areas. The goal was to ensure the home could be used more effectively, under optimal sanitary conditions, and with notable aesthetic enhancements. These upgrades will not only improve everyday comfort but also significantly boost the property’s real estate value.
