Lucas Longarela
Architect graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, one of the most prestigious institutions in the field of architecture in Latin America. His academic path began at the technical school Ingeniero Luis Huergo, where he qualified as a “Maestro Mayor de Obras” (Master Builder). This early stage provided him with a robust technical grounding in design, construction, and project management. He later built upon this foundation with a university degree, consolidating his creative and conceptual vision. This blend of technical and academic knowledge shapes his holistic approach to architecture, enabling him to tackle each project with precision, creativity, and a deep understanding of both construction and aesthetic requirements.
The story
He began his professional career in the public sector, serving as a Works Inspector for the Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica (National Atomic Energy Commission), where he gained valuable experience in overseeing and supervising projects of high technical complexity. He then transitioned into Construction Management, taking on large-scale endeavours that enabled him to develop a strong understanding of extensive building processes.

In the private sector, he continued his trajectory as an architect, focusing on the design and management of various residential projects. Among the most notable large-scale developments under his direction are Arboris La Horqueta, Torre Banco Macro, and Arboris Las Lomas. He has also been involved in smaller-scale initiatives, such as Casa en Las Lomas and Residencia San Isidro, demonstrating his capacity to handle both major developments and bespoke projects.

With more than 10 years of industry experience and a portfolio exceeding 100,000 m² of built work, his career is defined by a comprehensive approach and meticulous attention to detail, merging technical expertise with a creative vision to deliver architectural solutions that meet the highest standards.
